Windows 10: Audio Jack Doesn't Work and Realtek Drivers Doesn't Show Up in Device Manager

I have a system, with Motherboard from gigabyte B760M D2H DDR4 rev 1.0, Intel i5-12400f, Asus dual amd 6700 xt, T-Force ram 16gb 3200mhz ddr4 and cabinet galax rev 01 white.both front and back audio ports don't work in it, and I can hear sound only with Bluetooth devices. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek audio drivers provided by gigabyte B760M D2H DDR4 rev. 1.0 Support Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global but it doesn't come in device manager and they don't detect my earphones. I also have reset my windows and it doesn't work either way. I installed the Realtek audio console too and

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Audio jack doesn`t work

Today when i plugged out headphones, it doesn`t display that you`ve unplugged headphones, seems goes something wrong. Now i can hear sonud only from plugged headphones. How to repair this problem?

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.
