Windows 10: Audio keeps randomly adjusting itself

As the title suggest I've got audio issues. it started about a week ago and seemingly randomly intervals my audio will cut down to what sounds like 5% volume but when I check all my lvl's they're untouched. I've tested my headset on other ports and the issue still persists. Different headset same problem. audio troubleshooter keeps saying to turn audio enhancements off even tho they been off the whole time. Everything I do points me towards it being a driver/software issue but everything I do leads nowhere. OH and I also tried updating my video and audio drivers to no avail and also the issue

• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

Loud Audio Until Volume is Adjusted (Realtek Audio Driver)

To better assist you, do let us know the make and model of the computer.

I would suggest you to try using the generic audio driver that comes with Windows.

Here's how: in Device Manager, right-click (or tap and hold) your audio driver >
Update driver software... > Browse my computer for driver software
> Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select
High Definition Audio Device, select Next, and follow the instructions to install it.

Also, try turning off the audio enhancement by following the steps below:

• 
  Go to Start, enter Sound, and select Sound Control Panel
  from the list of results.
  
• 
  On the Playback tab, right-click (or tap and hold) the Default Device
  and select Properties.
  
• 
  On the Enhancements tab, select the Disable all enhancements
  check box and try to play your audio device.
  
• 
  If that doesn't work, select Cancel and, on the Playback
  tab, select another default device (if you have one), select the Disable all enhancements check box, and try to play audio again. Do this for each default device.

Audio Enhancements Keep Disappearing

I did what was suggested, but my model list looks different from the one shown in the tutorial provided.





I chose the Realtek High Definition Audio, since that's the one I (think) I've selecting through my method mentioned in my original post. Can't tell yet if that's permanently fixed the issue, so I'll get back to this thread if anything's changed or not after a couple of days.
