Mixer Broadcast Not Working

Thank you for bringing this up. Let's try to isolate this issue so that we could figure out what causing the Mixer Broadcast not to work properly. Kindly provide us the following information below:

• Can you tell us when did you notice this issue?
• Do you use the Mixer Broadcasting app on Windows 10?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

In the meantime, I recommend that you sign out your account on the Mixer app then sign in again. If you still got the same issue, I suggest that you also reinstall the app to eliminate corrupted files.

Audio not working after recent upgrade to Windows 10

Hi Carlo,

Thank you for the detailed description of your issue and for sharing the troubleshooting steps that you've performed. Since the audio on your computer has stopped working, there's a possibility that the volume mixer may have been turned off or muted. The
current audio driver may also be the problem that's why it's not working.

For us to isolate this issue further, please check the Volume Mixer and see if it's muted. Follow these steps:

• Right-click the sound icon in the notification area and click Open Volume Mixer. Normally, the volume is set like this:

2. If the volume on the browser that you are using is set to low, drag the volume control up to your desired level.

3. Once done, try testing the audio again and see if it's working.

If the issue persists, then we suggest that you try rolling back the driver for your audio inputs and outputs. Here's how:

• Open your Device Manager.
• Expand the Audio inputs and outputs category.
• Right-click your audio device and click Properties.
• Click the Driver tab.
• Click Roll Back Driver and follow the on-screen instructions.

MY AUDIO MIXER IS NOT SHOWING UP.

I need help with my audio, for some reason my audio mixer is not showing up and when plug in my headset it don't work as well. I tried to install and uninstall, update, everything, i even tried to hard reset my PC and is still not working, all of the YouTube
vids are useless they all show same exact thing "update or uninstall and install the software" Before i deleted bunch of files that were useless, the headphone jack worked and the audio mixer worked but then after it stopped, and now have no way to see what
kind of files were deleted, or any way of getting them back.

So if you know a way that you could help please help,
