Windows 10: Audio not working after 1909 update

My laptop audio is not working after the update of windows 10 1909. I have a gaming laptop OMEN by HP - 15-ce001ne. This audio issue has happened multiple times during the 1903 update, I contacted Microsoft support. They remotely accessed to my laptop and tried every troubleshooting method, it did not work. so I had to go back to the previous build 1809. Definitely, there is a problem in the update because audio and everything works fine in the previous 1809 version.


Some games and Softwares only work in 1903 and 1909 windows 10. I am so annoyed that I cannot update because of audio issues. Microsoft beingsuch a big and successful company with so much experience and not able to solve such an important issue.


Even HP being one of the best in the market not able to solve this. I have paid nearly 2500 USD for this laptop which is a top and a premium product of HP, I expect some solution from HP as well as Microsoft.


I mean how can they build an OS which is not compatible with a premium laptop model. I am really annoyed and disappointed. Please find a solution to this, I have tried every method, every available driver and I have gone to every responsible person for the solution.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
