    Audio not working at all amongst other issues


    Hi,Please can you tell me when you are likely to be releasing a fix to the latest update?My laptop had been working perfectly since I bought it Win10, upgraded to Win11.Since the last large update, I have had no sound whatsoever amongst other issues.I have contacted support who took over my machine and followed the same steps as I had already taken uninstalling > restarting > reinstalling drivers.But nobody seems to be able to fix this issue.I am unable to watch any of my Uni lectures as I can't hear what they are saying. This is getting very frustrating and is really not good enou

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on Start menu.
    • Select Troubleshooting.

    • What is the make and model of the computer?


    I suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps listed in the articles listed below:



    If you’re facing sound issues on Envy 24 monitor speakers, you may try the steps listed in
    HP Flat Panel Monitors - Troubleshooting Sound Problems with Monitor Speakers



    If the issue persists, you may update the chipset drivers for your PC and check if it works.
