Windows 10: audio not working on inbuilt laptop speakers, but sound works on Bluetooth headset only

dell N5110 updated to win 10 pro 64 bit but having problem with inner laptop speakers no sound on inner speakers and audio jack too doesn't work downloaded various drivers but still i fail can anyone help please. Kindly help me personally on *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Sound not coming from bluetooth speaker

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help with my Sony SRS-XB100 speaker. It connects to my Windows laptop via Bluetooth perfectly, but there's no sound coming out. My laptop speakers work fine, and the speaker itself works with other devices.

I've tried the usual troubleshooting steps, setting it as the default device, restarting everything and uninstalling the audio/Bluetooth/speaker driver. Any suggestions on what else I could try to get the audio working?

How to play audio/music through speakers AND bluetooth speakers


I have a pair of Creative T40 speakers plugged into the 3.5mm jack on my laptop. I got hold of a bluetooth speaker and that was recognised straight-away.

I have installed a large monitor (32inch) to the laptop on which I work as well as watch movies and play games. I was wondering if I could setup that audio, be it music, gaming audio or movie audio could be played through BOTH sets of speakers.

The main T40's are on either side of the monitor and I have the bluetooth speaker behind me on a shelf. That would, kind-of, give me surround sound. Or when I have people over I could get better sound if I could just move the bluetooth speaker to a different part of the room.

Any ideas or suggestions?
