Windows 10: Audio not working

    Audio is not playing and the icon has a red x by it, when I click it the troubleshooter doesn't find anything to do, I went to device manager and High Definition Audio Controller has a yellow sign by it, I have tried uninstalling it and restarting and searching for new hardware changes and nothing fixes it, here is the error code


    This device cannot start. Code 10

    {Operation Failed}
    The requested operation was unsuccessful.


    This is a new computer and the issue started occurring when I installed updates and restarted, I believe the computer is a Lenovo ThinkCentre TIO 21.5" Touch Monitor, here is the info on the backAudio not working [​IMG]

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
