Windows 10: Audio not working

After my PC came back from repairing, the audio has stopped. I tried plugging out and in of audio cable several times, but it doesn't work. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and it still doesn't work. I can't do anything that involves listening to sound in my computer. Due to some reason after I reinstalled the driver, the speaker part shows "Headphones" instead of "Speakers". And also when I plug in a earphone, in the front port, it worked but the speaker one didn't.


The speakers are in-built in the monitor and don't use external speakers.


I couldn't find a relevant category for this issue so I kept "Music and Video"

Can not record audio.
