    Audio not working


    I recently (2 hours ago) restarted my computer because YouTube was taking a very long time to load videos. Then I came back to an "Audio service is not running" error. I managed to get it working again (Restart) and now the Audio service is running but still not even a ding comes out. I tried reinstalling the drivers, disabling then reenabling them but still no ding. I'm desperate as I need to go to class soon. Any help will be appreciated!

    • Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
