Windows 10: Audio not working

Hello people of Reddit.

Today when I restarted my PC I was unable to hear anything through my headphones that I used plugged into the 3.5mm jacks on my device. (I use a splitter to divide the mic and audio of my headphones.)
The first thing I did was check on the audio icon on the bottom right to check what it was playing into, it said it was playing into my monitor so HDMI audio, no biggie because I can just change it to my headphones right? whelp, I had only 2 options, play to HDMI or play to RTX Voice which is useless without an output. My headphones did not show up, I don't remember what it was exactly called but I remember it said "2 headphones" or something.

I went to check my drivers and see that everything's there and up to date so I don't bother doing much there, I do some research and start doing what this guy tells me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTekSmZPofA and So basically windows is not recognizing both my mic and audio jacks.

I go back to my drivers just to check again, as the troubleshooting from the video did not seem to work for me, and notice that my Realtek audio drivers were replaced by Nvidia so I immediately start downloading the Realtek drivers once again and install them, after I rebooted the PC it only showed the HDMI, so I go to the drivers again and see that the RTX drivers are still there. I uninstall the RTX audio drivers and reinstall the Realtek drivers and still the drivers wont show up.

I am posting this here to ask for any advice you guys can give me to resolve this issue. I can also give you any more detail on the matter if needed.
