    Audio occasionally becomes distorted occasionally for minutes when playing a game


    This has been happening for about half a year or so, whenever I'm playing a game my audio will occasionally become distorted for a few minutes, sometimes lasting until i turn the game off, I've looked everywhere for a solution but none have worked turning off enhancements, changing audio quality, updating/reinstalling drivers. video of what is happening:https://streamable.com/fwf19f

    Audio Service Fails Occasionally

    Thank you again. The audio program I use which ends up freezing/crashing is called FTR Player (For The Record). To my knowledge, it is up to date as occasionally the company release patches when new Windows 10 updates cause conflicts with the program.
    I might try reinstalling this, as you suggest. Thanks again.

    I have bought my pc about half a year. I am using win10 with realtek high definition audio. things happened couple days ago. after playing PUBG and FOR HONOR couple minutes. I realized the sound was slowly getting distorted. especially when hear some low
    frequency sound effect in games. after bout 10min. the sound became really distorted and it was totally ruined my game's sound and also my mood...

    I THOUGHT it was my headphone's problem but it is brand new and I changed the other headphones then still sound distorted. but every time after I restart. it would sounds really nice and normal.but once I start to play games. you will notice that the distorted
    sound is coming.

    so I started to search how to fix it onine. I've already tried every ways I found online. included"disabled all enhancement". but there is no enhancement tab in my realtek high definition audio playback devices -properties.I tried I tried uninstall the
    driver and restart. but once I playing games for minutes it still the same. I tried install just the high definition audio instead of the REALTEK'S. issues still same. I thought the power supply is not enough but it sounds perfect before.

    Basically I tried everything I can found on google. I still can't fix the problem. plz help me solve this problem.

    My Icon has distorted audio when voice mails are played and phone is on speaker. Volume is 20/30. Any suggestions?
