Windows 10: Audio Pops/Crackling/Popping/FPS Lags

Hello, I have an issue with my computer I'm not really sure what's causing it. My audio sometimes gets distorted crackling noise popping and even fps drops I do not know what's causing this I've spend almost 3 weeks trying to figure out what's causing the crackling/popping/fps drops It reached the point where I'm unable to play anything due to this issue. I downloaded LatencyMon and it showed dxgkrnl.sys and nvlddmkm.sys usually nvlddmkm.sys is always the one that is high. The issue goes away for 2 days then comes back on the third audio crackling popping and it appears a lot when ever i mess

Audio Popping

Hi guys,

Anyone have any idea the main causes of popping crackling audio from on-board audio?
My computer has only just started doing this and it happens in both the front and back audio jacks with different headphones.
