Windows 10: Audio problem mit bluetooth gerät

Ich hab mir neue kopfhörer JBL 500BT besorgt und wo ich es verbunden kamen 2 geräte als kopfhörer gemeint einmal jbl tune500BT stereo und jbl tune 500BT Hands free ag audio und mein problem ist das dieses "jbl tune 500BT Hands free ag audio" eignetlich das mikrofon ist und bei anrufe es jetzt meistens übersteuert wird also das die personen sich wie robotern anhören ist es irgendwie möglich das ich dieses "jbl tune 500BT Hands free ag audio" aus diesen audio abteilung einfach entfernen kann

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get any error message?

I suggest to use a different Bluetooth speaker and check if the same issue persists. Also try using the current speaker with different computer running Windows 10 and check. As you are getting Crackles or warning sound it might be an issue with hardware.

ich habe leider keine antwort fon Ihnen erhalten.

ansonsten koenen Sie auch nokia kontaktieren um zu überprüfenden ob die gewünschte funktion unterstützt ist.

SIe koenen auch die geräte informationen überprüfen, kann sein das der PC ein anderes Bluetooth format nutzt.

Kann mir jemand sagen, warum ich mein neues Nokia Lumina i-Phone 920 nicht mit meinem Lenovo Netbook Windows 7 Prof verbinden kann.

Bluetooth ist auf dem Handy und auf dem Netbook aktiviert.

Ich muss vielleicht noch erwähnen, dass ich mich z.Zt. in Thailand aufhalte. Das Nokia Gerät ist auch hier neu gekauft.
