Windows 10: Audio quality is bad for online meetings when using WiFi 5Ghz only and not with Ethernet?

The audio quality is bad and choppy in a PC gameValorant which uses VOIP protocol for in-game communication and also when I'm on WebEx Call/Meetings. This only happens when I'm connected to Internet via Wifi5Ghz - 300 Mbps. However, I do not have any issues with audio if connected via Ethernet cable directly from the Wifi Router. I'm using Windows 11 on a HP pavilion gaming and Lenovo TP T15. I have experienced the same on both of these devices. I would like to know if there is any specific setting that I can check/change to eliminate this issue that happens only over Wifi?

5GHz Wifi

Hello. I want to connect to 5GHz wifi, but its not showing up in the connection list. I've done a bit of research and my laptop should be able to connect to the 5GHz band.
