    Audio Sharing with Zoom and Skype


    So I purchased music lessons from a good friend. We use a DAW to make music so we have to share our screens and audio so i can learn from him.Well the issue is that any shared audio come back to me as muffled and distorted. I can hear him perfectly fine but whenever he plays his music i faintly hear the high frequencies but no other frequencies. He has more than one student and uses zoom to teach but when it comes to me i cant hear anything. We tried skype and its the same deal. Im not too sure what setting i need to change to fix it.I have determined it has something to do with wind

    I have no audio available with windows 109 now. recently installed. no zoom, skype, gmail or hangout audio.

    how to get to the microphone for audio on skype, zoom, gmail or hangouts. any suggestions . I am not a tech savvy person and the language is like Russian dialect to me.....

    Hello,

    Have you checking the privacy settings if Camera is ON on both Zoom and Skype?

    Go to Setting > Privacy > Camera > make sure the toggle button for both Zoom and Skype are ON.

    If my suggestion did not solve the issue, please reply back and confirm if there is an error message or error code so we can try other step.

    Might as well open the Camera App and test if it's working there so we can narrow down the problem.
