Windows 10: audio sleep give problems with blue tooth headset.

i have windows 11 pro. when there is no audio playing for 10 to 20 seconds the audio from pc goes to sleep. i can hear the slight hissing sound go away when this happens my blue tooth headset disconnect after few seconds.and then i have to reconnect my headset. is there a way to prevent audio from going to sleep?system used is HP 290 G1

blue tooth driver vanished

seems my blue tooth driver vanished. in settings, when blue tooth is selected, there is no toggle to turn it on. No buttons present that do anything.

In Control panel , under devices, where you are seeing a list of all the drivers, there is no Blue Tooth listed. Reading the list from the top: Audio; batteries; computer. No blue tooth.

 

Problems in blue-tooth headphones and windows connection

My blue-tooth headset was working fine but a few days ago while i was using the mic for recording audio my laptop crashed.Everything else worked fine after i restarted but when i connect my headset it displays its connected as voice in the blue-tooth setting
while earlier it displayed connected as voice and audio.

The main problem is that the audio in headset is only playing in 8000HZ telephone quality and i am unable to change it as its grayed out in the playback devices.No matter how many times I remove
the device and reconnect the problem still persists.

I also tried other blue-tooth devices which have a mic and the same problem occurs in all of them while they work fine with any other device.

I have updated all my device drivers and i have also run the troubleshooter for audio devices and blue-tooth.

Please help.
