    Audio Slider not Working with USB audio card


    Hi everyone, I don't know if this is the right place to find answers but I really hope someone will help me. I bought a Sound BlasterX G6 audio card about a month ago, Sound Blaster Command installed and updated everything to the latest version. My setup is G6 connected to PC via usb and Edifier speakers connected to G6 optical OUT, sometimes headphones connected to the G6 headset jack. Until yesterday I had no problem, G6 worked perfectly. Today G6 suddenly stopped to respond to the commands. When I use the front output connected to headphones everything works as expected.When i disconnect he

    USB Audio Codec Driver

    After following all these steps, my usb audio device still does not work. In Settings > Connected devices it list USB Audio Codec Driver is unavailable.

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
