Windows 10: Audio Speacker is not working on Surface Laptop 3 after upgrading to Windows 11

Hi all,I'm using Surface Laptop 3 and I did upgrade to windows 11 after the upgrade is over the laptop worked fine but without audio I tried all possible solutions from Microsoft but won't work so please I need a help ASAP. Regards,

This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.

audio jack not working with windows 10 on surface 3

Thanks for your response. I determined that the surface 3 itself is ok for both internal speakers and audio jack. The issue is with the surface 3 docking station audio jack which did work prior to windows 10 upgrade. Solution? Thanks.

 

Surface Laptop 3 with external monitor

Hi All,

Has anyone come across an issue with an external monitor blacking out while connected to a Surface Laptop 3? I have the laptop connected to a widescreen laptop with the Surface Dock. Both work fine however, once every hour or so the external monitor blacks out and comes back.

I've completed the following:

• Updated laptop drivers and firmware
  • Updated monitor drivers
  • Swapped out monitor
