Audio starts low, then goes high after a few seconds. Why?

Had my OMEN 30L for a while and noticed there was a thing with the audio. When ever something starts playing audio, it initially starts low, then increases in volume. I don't know why it does that, I don't want it to do that, how do I fix it? If anyone has an answer to this, that would be great, and thank you.

    :)

Audio files are being high passed and resulted in low end missing sound.

    Hi,

We need to verify some information first for us to better understand your audio concern. Kindly answer the following:

    • When did the audio issue start?
    • Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?
    • What is the OS Build of your copy of Windows 10? To determine the build of Windows 10, follow these steps:
      • Click the Windows logo (Start button).
      • Click the gear icon (Settings).
      • Select System.
      • On the left pane, choose About.
    • Can you please tell us the exact model of your computer and sound card?
    • Can you please explain to us what you mean by "high-passed" and "low end" sounds? If you can provide us a sample file that you're playing on your computer here, it will greatly help us understand your concern more.

Audio starts low, then goes high after a few seconds. Why?

Audio files are being high passed and resulted in low end missing sound.

    • When did the audio issue start?

I think it started a few weeks ago. I had not recognized the difference until a few weeks ago

    • Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?

I purchased this computer a few weeks ago as well. I use my DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) to produce music and both of my software produced sound without problems.

    • Can you please tell us the exact model of your computer and sound card?

      Mine is Dell Inspiron 3668.

    • Can you please explain to us what you mean by "high-passed" and "low end" sounds? If you can provide us a sample file that you're playing on your computer here, it will greatly help us understand your concern more.

What I mean by high-passed or missing low-end, it means that when you play any music file in your computer, you do not hear bass sound. Even if you have a full stereo system with a sub-woofer installed, your computer won't play the bass part.

This happens only when I use any non-windows products. Microsoft edge, Groove Music and Film & TVs play them without troubles. My 2 DAWs also play them without troubles.

To make it more simple, it is like you decrease volumes of all low frequencies in equalizer (EQ) function in Groove Music. So, you only left with relatively high volumes of high frequencies.

So, this is what would look like in terms of visual representation.
