Windows 10: audio stutter/ glitching in brand new pc

is i got this (brand new) pc a few weeks ago, and ive noticed that since the start its been having this audio bug where the sound will glitch for less than a second at a time, many times a minute. its currently using the BenQ GW2470 (NVIDIA high definition audio). it happenes across all platforms and in notification sounds too. ther cpu runs at 10% paying youtube videos so it cant be from lag, and i have no idea what else it couldbe; ive tried replugging the wires already. i dont know what the audio cards are but i could ask if it would help, im a bit of an idiot at computers though so you may have to explain it to me like im the brainless horned toad i am. thanks

Video and audio stuttering

I recently bought a brand new pc -

Plus I run a duel monitor setup-

From the very moment I fired up the PC I had experienced stuttering in both video and audio, the video stuttering was pretty constant and the audio stuttering happened at random but frequently. Just by draggin a tab across the screen was enough to see the
stutters, and as for the audio, I could use the "test" function to replicate the audio stutters. This problem seem to come and go at random, and restarting the pc seems to fix it for a while, but it always comes back. I tried re-installing my gpu driver and
audio driver, even reseting my pc. No cigar so far. Please someone help, I payed an arm and a leg for this rig and I can't even watch videos on it without the experience being completely ruined by these stutters

 

Audio Glitches

Can someone help? I was trying to record a minecraft video by using the Game Bar Capture, I recorded for 13 minutes and I stopped the recording. I watched the video and the audio was stuttering and glitching. For example, the audio was freezing and playing
over and over again! The whole video was fine and smooth. But every time I record I get this audio glitch bug thing.

 

Audio driver conflict causing stuttering?

Unfortunately, I did the instructions as mentioned in the thread and the stuttering persists. I used the link provided: and the steps requested

I also tried reinstalling the Realtek Audio drivers as suggested by the thread to no avail.

I've also added some links of how the stuttering looks and sounds like to the main post of this thread. I hope it helps identify the issue.

One more thing I noticed after the above steps is that I can boot with Nvidia HD Audio drivers disabled but the stuttering persist. Enabling then disabling "cures" the stuttering for a while. Although, when this is happening while the Nvidia Audio drivers are
disabled (as there is an enable option) the icon doesn't look like one that is normally disabled (with a small circular arrow down icon).
