Windows 10: Audio Stuttering and glitching problems

I've having this issue since I made a BIOS update on my new Asus Vivobook pro 15. The system seems to be having issues processing audio and then I ran latencymon to check if i was wrong. I got the following result. Idk if this is from the BIOS update or it was prevalent before that but after that update I feel that this problem is more of a nuisance now. Any idea on what can I do to fix this ? The laptop has an i9 13th gen and 16 gigs of ram with 2 ssd's with one being an old intel Ssd from my old laptop.__________________________________________________________________________________________

Audio stuttering after wake

Knowing that you have problems with your audio after waking up from sleep, you can try the following suggestions:



1. Check for Hardware Conflicts:

• Open Device Manager.
  
• Expand the “System devices” category.
  
• Look for any devices with yellow exclamation marks or error messages.
  
• If you find any conflicts, try disabling or uninstalling the conflicting devices.
  

2. Test with External Audio Device:

• Connect an external audio device, such as headphones or speakers, to the computer.
  
• If the audio stuttering persists, it suggests a problem with the Realtek audio device or its drivers.
  

3. Disable Audio Enhancements:

• Go to Control Panel > Sound.
  
• Select the Realtek audio device as the playback device.
  
• Click on the “Properties” button.
  
• Go to the “Enhancements” tab.
  
• Uncheck all the enhancement options.
  

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Gigabyte support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or replace the audio device if necessary.

• Is your Windows 10 updated?
  
• When did the issue start? What were the recent changes made before the issue started?
  
• Have you tried reinstalling your sound driver?
  

In the meantime, let's run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter to find and repair problems with your devices and hardware:

• Right-click the Start icon, then select Control Panel.
  
• Choose the Large icons option from the View by drop down list found on the upper-right part of the Control Panel window.
  
• Locate then select Troubleshooting.
  
• Click View all from the left pane.
  
• Locate and click Hardware and Devices to run the troubleshooter then follow the next steps.
  

You can also consider running the Playing Audio Troubleshooter for further repair.

Audio Glitches

Can someone help? I was trying to record a minecraft video by using the Game Bar Capture, I recorded for 13 minutes and I stopped the recording. I watched the video and the audio was stuttering and glitching. For example, the audio was freezing and playing
over and over again! The whole video was fine and smooth. But every time I record I get this audio glitch bug thing.
