Windows 10: Audio suddenly stops when at maximum peak

My audio suddenly stopped working when I play movie or play a music at least 80% volume. It occurs when speaker output loud of sound specially bass music. I tried to search my problem on my browser but i can't find any suitable solution to my problem. I already tried all of the following instructions below that may help this problem:

•Uninstall all related drivers from Realtek Audio

•Reinstall drivers from official drivers from Acer

•Update Windows 10 to the latest Version

•Disable all sound effects

•Run SFC

•Run DISM

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth



but it says no problems were found.

even Install fresh Windows 10 won't help


Here are my observation:

•HDMI output doesn't reveal any bad behaviors like audio interrupts.

•All audio sockets including Front, Side, Center, Subwoofer, Rear Speakers are affected

•Sometimes Realtek detects that one of my audio jacks has been removed even i didn't touch them

•Rare happens when audio suddenly stutter and my video playback suddenly laggy until my audio service stop working and automatically change my audio output to HDMI NVIDIA

•sometimes my speakers making soft weird noise only noticable at very silent environment

• What is the exactly issue you are facing with audio and how exactly are you trying to access it?
• What exactly do you mean by: Have windows 10, and suddenly my audio stopped?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system, prior to this issue?

I suggest you to install all the pending updates and audio drivers and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the audio drivers from Device Manager and check.

Steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start
  button from the desktop and select Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click on
  High Definition Audio Device and click on Update driver software.
  
• 
  Also, try to search for the drivers with the help of model number of your computer from the Manufacturer’s website and install them.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
