Windows 10: Audio terrible when I use a app but then when I minimize it, it sounds ok

When I play a game the audio is ok but then freeze for like 3 seconds and then the audio quality goes terrible. when i minimize it it does the same thing and then it sounds ok, when in settings in those like seconds the volume bar has another bar inside it showing proof the audio is going through like a easy to see white line on it so louder it goes further and stuff, that white line thing disappears and acts like there is no audio is there any way to fix it where the audio stays being ok

This issue can be due to several reasons. Let's get your audio and sound issue sorted, we suggest that you follow the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Control Panel in the search box.
• Select Sound.
• Go to Communications tab.
• Click Do nothing.
• Chose Apply and Ok.

No sound Audio
