  1. Audio/video stalls

I recently built a new computer:

    • Gigabyte Z380M motherboard
    • Intel i59600 processor w/integrated graphics
    • 16GB RAM
    • 500GB M.2 SSD
    • Win10 Pro 64bit
    • ISP ATT 29Mb/s download with a 24ms ping.

Audio and video stalls during playback but only on my user account. It plays smoothly on my wife's user account there are only two. Both accounts have administrator privilege.

I have also found that the problem seems to disappear on my account after my wife's account has played a video. This is true even after my wife's account has been signed out. After a reboot the video stalls on my account reoccur. This seems to me to be a UserAccount issue... possibly a Registry tweak. Any suggestions will be welcomed.

    :)
