Audio Volume is halfed for no unknown reason

For a couple of days now, my audio level ist pretty much halfed.Normally I had my Windows audio level set to 20 and my speakers set so 50% and would have a decent listening experience. Now, I have to set Windows' audio level to 50 for a comparable sound level. My PC has a Soundblast audio card, to which my speakers are connected. I also have a ASUS monitor with built-in speakers. I already used Snappy Origion to update all my drivers and tried deinstalling all audio.I noticed, when I started troubleshooting, that I had a Realteak audio driver installed, which was somehow busted; it showed up in

  2. BSOD Unknown Reason

The dump file on the 18th was caused by Quick Heal again. The later ones appear to be due to bit flips. I would recommend enabling Driver Verifier on all third-party drivers using the following instructions:

    1) Search for verifier using the Start Menu and select the verifier.exe, accept the UAC prompt and you should be presented with the following screen:

    2) Tick the following options as shown below

    3) Ensure that you select the option to enable you to select drivers yourself

    4) Select all drivers which are not Microsoft related and then click the Finish button. Afterwards, please reboot the computer and Driver Verifier will continue to run in the background. Please do not select the drivers which are prefixed with dump_

Low Audio Volume when listening songs

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving this issue. Thank you for providing the detailed information. I understand that you get low audio level while playing songs.

Ideally, the level of audio depends on the type of the audio file that you are playing. However, I would suggest you to try using the Audio Enhancements, which will boost the audio level and help you get a better audio experience. Refer the steps mentioned
    below:

    1. Press Windows Logo key + R, to open
      Run dialog box.
    2. Type mmsys.cpl and click on
      OK
      .
    3. Under Playback tab, double click on the sound device that you are using.
    4. Click on Enhancements tab.
    5. Select the checkbox for Loudness Equalization.
    6. Click on OK.

If the issue persists, you may want to try updating the Audio drivers and check. Refer the steps mentioned below:

    1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select
      Device Manager.
    2. Expand Sound, Video, and Game Controllers.
    3. Right click on the Audio
      device
      and select Update Driver.

    1. Right click on the Sound icon on the
      Taskbar.
    2. Select Open Volume Mixer.
