Audio Volume is only producing 1-2%

I have an audiobox with a microphone set up on my computer. In all of my applications, like Zoom, Berrycast and other video streaming or recording software, it seems to work fine. But when I try to use the camera or voice recorder on the PC, it is very quiet. When I go into the audio settings and look that the levels, everything is set to the max. When I go to do a test, it shows only 1-2% volume coming in. I don't even see the volume level move when I do a test. When I swap to my logitech webcam and use it as the mic, the audio comes in fine and much higher during the test. What is going on?

    :)

Ideally, the level of audio depends on the type of the audio file that you are playing. However, I would suggest you to try using the Audio Enhancements, which will boost the audio level and help you get a better audio experience. Refer the steps mentioned

    4. Click on Enhancements tab.
    5. Select the checkbox for Loudness Equalization.
    6. Click on OK.

If the issue persists, you may want to try updating the Audio drivers and check. Refer the steps mentioned below:

    1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select
      Device Manager.
    2. Expand Sound, Video, and Game Controllers.
    3. Right click on the Audio
      device
      and select Update Driver.
