Windows 10: Audio Wizard

Hola a todos... notificarles que hoy 26 de Marzo del 2022 siendo las 03:03 pm hora México AudioWizard esta funcional... me paso que tenia solo el acceso directo pero entre en la Microsoft Store y hace unos minutos lo descargue, les dejo captura... como recomendación en caso de que tengan fallo no usen lo habitual les recomiendo que cuando borren un software les recomiendo utilizen una herramienta como Revo Unistaller Pro y asi desisntalen por completo todo ese software y reinicien inmediatamente y después volver a instalar desde la tienda oficial nada de enlaces de terceros.

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

September 22 2016 windows 10 update is bad

To fix the issue, we suggest that you run the Troubleshooting Wizard to troubleshoot hardware and devices. To do that, follow these steps:

• Right-click on the Start button, and select Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound > Playing Audio.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.
  

If the issue persists, uninstall the audio drivers, then follow these steps:

• Right-click on the name of your PC at the top of the list of devices in Device Manager.
  
• Select Scan for hardware changes to reinstall the device driver, or download and install the latest version from the manufacturer’s website.

Audio Problems

Hi there SimonWildZX, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.

May I suggest to completely uninstall all Audio drivers listed in the Device manager including the headset. Please make sure to completely remove.

Here is how to do it.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.

Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Sound and Audio devices. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

Step 5. Reboot the computer.

Repeat the steps in all the Audio devices listed.

Then reboot. then test the headset again.
