Windows 10: Audio won't work

    Audio won't work


    Okay this has been asked many times but none of the answers have helped


    I didn't do anything different to my computer it was working fine then the next time I went on the audio wasn't working. After looking up how others fixed this I made my way to the Device management once there there is a small error symbol next to the "Intel high definition audio" when closer examined it says " The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver." I did that and it did nothing. I looked up the error code 28 and followed the instructions on how to fix it and It still didn't work (I deleted the IHDA then clicked action, then scanned for updated and it reinstalled with the error still there) I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong or missing something; I know the fix will probably be something simple that I missed but please, any help is appreciated! (Also if you know what I did to remove the sound that would be great so I know not to do it again!
