Windows 10: Audio work only after a certain condition.

I mean it's strange, but somehow it works, I was really frustrated last day because I spent about 3 or 4 hours to solve the audio problem Speaker setup UNKNOWN in menu, but device manager shows every connected device, and don't ask, I tried literally everything that I found in web, I asked for help 2 good friends of mine, and ONLY solution that we are figured out very accidentaly before reinstalling windows was to click on ease of acces audio settings, and audio in system works only after this actionPic attached

So I want some ideas or help how to fix this
I tried drivers, sfc scannow, dism, service restart, device manager, reinstalling graphic drivers.
It happened after changing bios virtualization to true, but turning it off won't help anyway.
Also I need to point out that day before I have reinstalled windows two times and has problem with new nvidia graphic driver 461.40, only black screen after loading and keyboard/mouse block, I installed 460.89 and this problem disappeared.
Probably all information that I can tell, except hardware.
b450 tomahawk max.Bios 7C02v39GTX 1060 3gb
Samsung 850 evo ssd 256 gb, 1tb hdd.
16 gb ram corsair vengeance
ryzen 5 3600, PSU 600Watt chieftec Iarena or something like that.
Could it be hardware problem or windows?

AUDIO SERVICE NOT WORKING.

Hi,

In that case, I suggest you follow below.

Step 1:

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select it from the results.

Step 2:

Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.

Step 3:

Look for IDT High Definition Audio CODEC. If it's listed, right-click it and select Update Driver, then select Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Step 4:

You’ll see a list of pre-installed drivers. Select High Definition Audio Device, and then select Next.

Step 5:

Restart PC

Can not record audio.
