Windows 10: Audio

Hi, I've had my laptop for little over a year now and my audio input does not seem to be working (ie i cant talk to people in game, or on discord) I've attempted to delete discord, thinking that maybe the files had become corrupted, but some files still remain. I've used my security system to delete any unneeded files, which is has done, but still my audio input does not work. Please Help

• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

Audio not working

No audio device is installed (How to fix?)


Since you uninstalled the Intel Display audio and you no longer have audio, that suggests you are using HDMI (??) If this is the case then the Realtek is not being used and not causing your problem.

First step as mentioned is to reinstall the Intel Display Audio.
