Windows 10: AudioDG.exe is crashing an application. [Rockstar Games Launcher]

As the title says, the Rockstar Games Launcher (hereafter called RGL) that was released 2 or 3 days ago is now making my GTA5 unplayable.

The game was fine before hand. I have GTA5 on Steam. Now when I run the game from steam, the RGL starts up and does it things; then does nothing. The game is not loaded. But steam thinks it is running. So when i click Play GTA5 on steam; I then get the steam error that the game is already running. Checking the RGL launcher log reveals this information:

• I have tried disabling the enhancement function under sound properties. No changes.
• I have uninstalled every audio device along with drivers; rebooted and let windows install fresh devices. No changes.
• I have uninstalled and reinstalled every component of GTA5. No changes.
• 
  I ran SFC /scannow. It reported errors that were unable to be fixed. I believe these errors were caused by my installation of the "beta" version of windows that was set to be installed this fall. I was forced to rollback the update because i had nothing but problems with that update. (start menu was inoperable, and I had some issues with alarms & clock not playing the alarm.) Examples of some of the errors from SFC.
  
  Warning: Overlap: Directory \??\C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\en-US\ is owned twice or has its security set twice. There are also a couple related to the start menu. There were also some errors with hash values not matching; but none of them were audiodg.exe.
• The issue that I had with 'alarms & clocks' not playing sounds still persists; but is random. Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesn't. It's possible that these two issues are related.

I'm still not completely sold on the fact that it is in fact audiodg.exe that is causing the problems.

It's my belief that the RGL is passing bad information to audiodg.exe that is causing it to crash.

Everything was working fine GTA-wise before this RGL was released. But this is beyond my ability to fix.

I really do not want to try reinstalling windows only to find out that it doesn't fix the issue.

EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER crashes multiple times.

i cant open EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER. id like to play fortnite on my new Razer Blade Pro. But it crashes and a Crashreportclient.exe pop up and says 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)'

Epic Games Launcher

I got this computer from my step dad, he got it from his insurance company. When I open Epic Games launcher I can see the logo but the rest is blank. Is there a file I need to remove? I really would love any suggestions
