AudioJack/ Realtek not Working G432 Logitech Headphones

I recently bought the Logitech G432 Headphones, and have had them for about a couple of weeks. One day I think I potentially had a Windows Update and my headphones ceased to work Mic and headphones silent. When I use the USB adapter I can hear and speak but the mic quality isn't great. But when I plug the headphone splitter in, my computer acknowledges they have been plugged in but everything is silent and I can't speak. I tried plugging in my old headset and earbuds and my computer acknowledges it, but I can't hear anything meaning there might be an issue with Realtek but uninstalling drivers and reinstalling them hasn't solved the issue. Thanks in advance.

    :)

Now click on the button that says 'Roll back driver'.
If the button is dimmed, make sure your Realtek drivers are currently installed.

Step 6. If you did it correctly, the system should ask you to restart to finish. If it does then you finished the tutorial correctly!
Once restarted, Open device manager again using step 1. Expand the 'sound, video and game controllers' category again.

Step 7. If it says 'High Definition Audio Device' then you did it right. Here's a pic for example purposes:
