Windows 10: aurora r15 win 11 goes to sleep then after a few hours it tries to update and goes into...

it was prebuilt from dell i tried them and nvidia they say its an issue with sleep in windows??? idk its annoying i have to mANUAl shut down or i gert the issue? i reinstalled win and gpu multip[le times?the computer works fine while using its just when in sleep mode it ends up going into error state and spins fans so fast and loud until manual power down. i can upload video of it running fans

Windows 11, some applications seem to crash after laptop goes to sleep

Hello,

Currently whenever I close my laptop lid for prolonged periods (so the laptop goes to sleep) there seems to be some apps that seem to crash. They disappear completely from my desktop, or have to be forced to stop in task manager in order to restart them.

These apps are namely:

• Spotify
  
• Trello
  
• Whatsapp for PC
  
• WSL
  
• EarTrumpet
  

Wifi also seems to stop working after my laptop goes to sleep. I have to turn it off and on again to for it to work.

Steps taken to try fix issue:

• Restored to default power settings
  
• Ran power options troubleshooter
  

I am currently on the windows 11 insider program, in the Beta branch, and I am on the latest build at the moment

Any advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

 

Click on Power/Sleep but it goes to Lock screen instead

Win 10 ver 2004. It seems like it is trying to go to sleep because it goes to a black screen for about 10 seconds, then goes to the lock screen. (If on the other hand I click the Username/Lock it goes immediately to the lock screen, so I think it is trying to sleep and unable to.) I've tried disabling Hybrid Sleep, updated drivers, Ran powercfg -requests (showed None). Any ideas? Thanks
