    Amazon Device randomly showing up on Network.

    This device showed up on my network. The ONLY Amazon device I own is a TV which has Amazon software on it. Unplugged the TV, refreshed the Network devices screen on my Win10 PC and Austin KFAUWI was gone.

    It is not an Amazon branded TV, just a smart TV loaded with Amazon's software.

    Check all your digital devices... even if it is not an Amazon device, if it is running their software the device may show up as that.

    Amazon Device randomly showing up on Network.

    I have seen the same problem. I have a Workstations Specialist Laptop, a Netgear Nighthawk Router and TooWay satellite broadband. Devices on my network are all wired. The austin device has a storage icon. Mac address is b4:7c:9c:e1:0c:fc and the Model
    number is KFAUWI, allegedly from Amazon. It seems to be a WAN thing: With the Amazon device icon showing I disconnected the router from the satellite modem and the icon disappeared. Reconnect, it comes back. Twice so far.
