    Authenticator app is not working


    Hi! I am trying to log in with my authenticator app, but it is not working. The problem is that I don't get any codes. It says to enter the numbers you're seing in your app, but my app just stays the same. I have a new phone and it has worked in the past. Now I have no idea what to do. Could you help me please? :* Changed to a question & moved from Office/access
