Windows 10: Author information in File Explorer's column not showing

Hi, my teammates and I have a shared folder in the file explorer to store our work documents. Since we have a very large amount of folder in there, we planned to include the Author column in the file explorer so that we can easily see which folder belongs to whom. However, when I added the Author column, there is no data in each row there. Kindly see attachment below as your reference. Thank you.

  Options.

  Click
  Apply to all folders.

In order to understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

  How exactly are you trying to expand the left columns in file explorer?
  
• 
  Are you referring to extend the area of the left column in File explorer?
  
• 
  Are you able to expand it in Safe Mode with networking ?
