    Auto Joins Family Safety?

I was using my computer when I got a popup saying I need "adult" permission to enter this site or app."You’ll need to ask to use this site. If you want to, just send a request to an adult in your family."I never activated Family Settings and then I saw a family organizer who I don't even know. I tried contacting them and it doesn't work, can anyone help?I have tried to look for solutions, but the result is they usually don't know.

    :)
