  1. Auto pilot 'sign in' screen loop

After reimaging an hp prodesk mini pc with windows 11 enterprise via network pxe boot with a functional iso image we have on our image server. It boots all the way up to the autopilot onboarding screen. I attempt to sign in using the user's email on our enterprise domain address. Keep in mind ive also initiated a 'TAP' for user email to get around our current in place MFA step. When i enter in email and hit 'next' it just flashes the 'temporary password' screen very quickly and then loops back to sign in screen. saying 'we could'nt sign you in . Please try again'how do i get around this or sol

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. Stuck in auto repair loop

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

If the screen is stuck for a long time on auto repair, I suggest you to restart the computer using power button and check. If the issue still persist, I suggest you to check if you are able to boot the computer into Safe Mode environment and check.

To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps:

    • Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.

    • Select an option to “Safe mode with networking” using the arrow keys on the keyboard when the Windows Advanced Options menu
      appears, and then press ENTER.

Hope this information is helpful. Do let us know if your issue is resolved. For any further query, feel free to contact us.

    Thank you.

    Auto rotation

    Hello,

Let us isolate your concern by answering the questions below:

    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Have you checked on the action center if there is a Rotation lock option?
In the meantime, we suggest that you check the Screen Resolution display to check if there is a setting to allow the screen to auto-rotate. Here are the steps:

    • Go to Control Panel.
    • Search for Display and then click Change display settings.
    • Mark the checkbox beside Allow the screen to auto-rotate option if possible.
    • Click Apply and then OK.
We are looking forward to your response.
