Windows 10: Auto refresh and power down/restart issues

My windows PC won't automatically refresh files, for example when I copy & paste, drag & drop, create new or delete files or folders, I have to manually press F5 before any actions will take place. I've searched different topics on here, one of which gave a specific location within the hard drive, it had me delete recent and temporary files then restart the PC, which didn't work.Another issue I've noticed is the PC won't shut down or restart unless I manually force by holding the power button. I'm not sure if these issues are related or not but I noticed that they started about th

auto trivia restart script?

I know everyone is so busy here so I'm suggesting an auto restart script so trivia is a benefit instead of a burden. Can anyone make this script?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Win10 Email refresh?

Fine about refresh button. But how about auto refresh at regular intervals. You guys are experts in killing your own products. Come with regular product launches without testing them fully and cause forced inconveniences to Users.
