Windows 10: Auto repair loop/failure to boot

in past 2 weeks, 2 separate windows based computers fail to boot up and shows blue screen with unable to start message. Tried all of the options including attempt to install via downloaded flash drive with windows recovery program for windos 10. One machine- which failed first-Dell inspiron from 2013 and the second HP newly bought to replace.this wokred fine for one weeks then showed up with “your pc did not start correctly” and the auto matic repair options that did not work. Unaware of any programs in common other than the windows 10 and an old Office in the old machine and new downloaded windows office, Mcafee software and Nuance dragon program. Any thoughts?

Stuck in auto repair loop

If the screen is stuck for a long time on auto repair, I suggest you to restart the computer using power button and check. If the issue still persist, I suggest you to check if you are able to boot the computer into Safe Mode environment and check.

To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps:

• 
  Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
  
• 
  Select an option to “Safe mode with networking” using the arrow keys on the keyboard when the Windows Advanced Options menu
  appears, and then press ENTER.

• Did the issue occur even after removing the USB wireless mouse?
• Aside from running DISM, what other troubleshooting steps have you done? This is for us to know and to avoid any duplication of efforts on your end.

Windows 10 Auto Repair Loop

Help:

My PC started into an "Auto Repair loop" where I can't get it to stop or allow me to even get to a position for safe mode. I upgraded to Window 10 making the ISO Disk suggested and recorded my product key for potential future use. When I boot from the disk,
the product key doesn't work... an error code saying it's not the correct code. Being computer illiterate, how do I fix the problem, or get the system to boot to actually do repairs. It was working great then boom, it rebooted itself and now for the past
48 hours I've been trying to read what the community says to do but can't seem to get it to repair itself enough to even reload Windows 10.

PS: Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated. I in a rural area and computer tech's are not available.
