Windows 10: Auto Rotate on my laptop toggles Windows key, how can I fix this?

My Windows 10 laptop has a Auto Rotate button that I never use. A couple of days ago, I kept getting Auto Rotate toggled and the Windows key seemed to be held down; the only way to disable it is to press the Windows key. This is getting annoying. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Why does my screen not rotate?


The auto rotation lock feature is turned on by default in Windows 10. Use the following steps to turn off this feature.

1. Place the tablet into Pad/Tablet mode.
2. Click the Start
   
   menu and select Settings.
3. Click System.
4. Click Display.
5. Scroll down and toggle Lock rotation of this display to OFF.

 

Screen auto-rotation on Windows 10 tablet?

I have a windows surface 3 and all windows tablets the auto rotation is set to off. You have to enable auto rotation.
