Windows 10: Auto scrolling windows 11

Hi,I have a problem on my PC recently.The mousse auto scroll up every time i am on a windows explorer menu.When i click on a scrollbar, it is unselected automatically.Other weird things. For example, when I go to the mousse setting, the main side of the mousse is instantly modiffied from left to right.There are problems during internet navigation too.But there are not when on a specific application.I did most of what is already shared like changing mousse setting, installing drivers and windows latest update.I also did a complete reboot on my computerI can confirm that the problem does not com

Auto scroll issue

Thank you for updating.

I suggest you to install Synaptic driver in Compatibility mode. Also install Keyboard and mouse drivers from manufacturer website.

Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:

1. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.

Problems with auto scroll

I'm currently experiencing problems with auto scroll. My mouse randomly auto scrolls, stops a second later, and then I won't be able to close/open any programs or tabs. I have tried trouble shooting, updating drivers, running several virus scans (no viruses found), and nothing seems to work. And even after using a brand new mouse, the problem continues. Any suggestions or help is appreciated. The problem started when I installed Windows 11 and did a factory reset, I thought Windows 11 was the issue so I reverted back to Windows 10.
