Windows 10: auto sign in when i go to open emails

hi everyone when I type Hotmail I addy bar it takes me to bing I click on Hotmail and it takes me right into my emails without having to sign in how do I fix this

I understand your concern. There is, however, no setting in Mail app to disable the auto-complete setting, you can certainly accomplish this in Outlook web app on your system. Refer to the following steps to do so:

• Sign in to Outlook Web App, and in the To, Cc, or
  Bcc lines, start typing part of the name you want to remove from the Auto-Complete List. For information about how to sign in to Outlook Web App, see
  
  Sign in to Outlook Web App.
  
  
• If the entry you want to remove is highlighted, choose Delete. If the entry you want to delete is not selected, use the Up Arrow and Down Arrow to navigate to the entry you want to delete, and then choose
  Delete.

I am Vinu, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I will try to help you with this issue.

That is because the browser is saving your login session on the device and next time directing you to the existing login session with Hotmail. Just by logging out before closing the browser will make sure, next time you are not auto logged in.

Also, based on what browser you are using, there are options to clear these sessions when you exit browser (even without your email sign out)

Under "Choose what to clear every time you close the browser" choose everything that you want to clear during exit.
