Windows 10: AutoKMS.exe???

Discus and support AutoKMS.exe??? in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; So I think this program is something used for pirated install of windows but im trying to figure out where it could have come from.     AutoKMS.exe???


    So I think this program is something used for pirated install of windows but im trying to figure out where it could have come from. Its a thinkpad w510 that was activated with the 7 pro key and than about 6 weeks before windows 10 went final I did the prerelease update. Later it updated to final and all that good stuff.

    How would this have gotten into the machine or does microsoft have something similar on windows 10 now? I dont know much about the background processes etc of windows 10 yet.

    Machine has very little installed in it as it was only ever used to do some homework on the pearson myitlab site. Maybe it came from that?

    AutoKMS can be used for both "pirating" Windows Activation and MS Office Activation.

    That's what I thought I just dunno where it would have come from. Unless one of he android emulators I tried that installed a virtual machine uses it somehow.
