    Dear tenforums users,

    new to windows 10 in a tablet where touch and rotating capabilities are getting interesting,
    normally on desktop I place taskbar on right border, and this is great for wide screens

    but on tablet things get weird as screens rotate, while taskbar on right side looks compact, as rotating portrait, task bar get a full length border. would be great if "stay" in the same physical border

    can be this configured just on base windows?
    any software can help me to achieve this ?

    I have established a very strange problem with windows in Windows 10. When I resize a window and try to move it up the screen to the upper border, with part of the window's upper bar extending beyond the upper border of the screen, the window goes back
    automatticaly downwards and "sticks" to the upper border of the screen, with something like round radio waves being visible for a short time. This is very troublesome because I lose part of the screen. The same happens when I try to move the resized window
    downwards to the upper border of the taskbar. The lower edge of the window "sticks" to the taskbar's upper edge. So I am forced to leave a small gap—about 1.5 mm—between the lower edge of the window and the taskbar in order to avoid this annoying "sticking"
    which prevents me from being able to reszie the window as I would like. As the waves show for a very short time, I cannot make a screenshot. A friend of mine confirmed he had the same problem in his version of Windows 10.

    or maybe somebody has it and could send to me.

    It is only going to be as long as the screen size in portrait or landscape. You cannot shrink it when in Landscape to make it the same size in portrait.
