Discus and support Autologin screen in User Accounts and Family Safety to solve the problem; With autologin in system , autologin screen is not choosen one, but randomly.     That is the thing. Autologin uses that picture for me also. Tried to change, no luck.

    Well, how do you changed number 1 and 3?

    Anyway, I think the fact that I'm not even able to restore old image, shows how it's bugged. Even sfc scannow didn't help me. Probably, changing authorizations for SystemData, screwed something...

    And let me explain: If I disable autologin, when I start PC, there is Lock Screen where you have to enter password, and there is CORRECT image chosen.

    The problem is if I enable autologin. That quick loading Startup screen has always same image. I can only remove it and make it blue empty.
