    After disabling storage sense and even all the selections within it the files I send to the recycle bin keep getting auto-deletedHow do I stop this??

    Recycle bin emptied unexpectedly

    If Storage Sense was enabled, that will be the cause of the Recycle Bin being emptied automatically, it can get automatically enabled in a Windows update, it is a known bug.

    Recycle Bin Empties to Desktop Randomly

    I have tried using storage sense and setting the recycle bin to automatically empty every 24 hours but this does not help, for some reason it still randomly empties the contents of the recycle bin onto my desktop for no apparent reason.

    Any insight would be helpful.
