Windows 10: Automatic repair and Fixing Blue screen error with stop code: System License Violation

Hello. When I turned on my laptop it displayed a blue screen with message saying "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. You can restart." It also shows a stop code saying System License Violation. I tried fixing this problem by switching on and off the laptop several times so it takes me to Automatic repair but it doesnt show however much I try. I am now stuck with the blue screen and can't go to Automatic repair or restart to safe mode. When I try f12 or f2 I go to setup and bios which don't help fix the problem. Can someone please help me? I have dell vostro 2520 laptop with w

Fix system license violation blue screen?

Today I updated my computer with the new windows cumulative update. I waited for awhile and after the update finished I received a blue screen saying "Stop Code: System License Violation", my pc tried automatic repairs however the screen persists leading to a restart loop. I had previously updated some drivers and tried restoring to an old update point but failed. I've also tried troubleshooting using the command prompt but nothing has changed. I don't want to lose anything on my pc so If I could get assistance I would appreciate it.

Violation, kindly respond to the question below:

• When does the blue screen error appear? Is it before signing in to Windows 10? Or, is it when launching an app?
• What is the exact error code that you receive?

Blue screen and stop code

There are a lot of factors for this matter to occur. To isolate the issue, we have some questions for you:

• 
  What activity have you done to
  trigger the NTFS and FAT FILE SYS loop?
  
• 
  were there any error messages?
  
• 
  What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  

It is possible that the
Boot
Sequence were corrupted by the previous activity which
triggered the Blue Screen Error and the loop. We recommend that you perform these
suggested troubleshooting
and see if there are any changes:

Startup Repair.


To access the
Startup Repair Screen, turn off the
PC 3-4 times(force shutdown),
while on the Blue screen Error. This will route you to the
Startup repair screen:

Advanced Boot Options > click Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt

and run the following command:

Run SFC Scan:  

SFC
will
scan
and
run
an
automatic repair
to any
corrupted system files
that it will detect. We suggest that you perform it twice. To run an
SFC scan, follow these steps:  

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.  
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.   
  

Boot Record:

This will fix the corruptions on
boot records or boot
sequence. To run this command, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.
  
• 
  Type the following command:  
  
  • 
    Bootrec /fixMBR  
    
  • 
    Bootrec /fixBoot
    
  • 
    Bootrec /rebuildBCD
