    Automatic repair failed. Laptop is not responding. Not operating I. Safe mode.


    Hi. For resolving black or blank screen error I tried to restore system. But it won't work. Right now laptop is restarting and not responding to automatic repair. Not operating in safe mode also. I haven't took my data backup.

    I will use recovery media but will my data be there or should I remove hard disk and should copy into other laptop. Please provide me a solution. I am worried about data.

    Hi,

    This issue might have occurred due to corrupted system files that are not letting the operating system to perform repair and boot to the desktop.

    We would like to know some information:

    • Have you tried booting in
      Safe Mode      ? If not, we suggest that you try it. Check this article for information.
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? We need to know it for us to know what other troubleshooting steps to give.

    Boot loop after update no safe mode option-repair fails- restore fails


    Last night around 9pm I noticed the pc was doing another update. Endless boot loop again. I ran through the steps from yesterday with one new result and it will not boot.
