Windows 10: Automatic Repair Loop and BSOD with stop code 0xc0000145

Last Sunday night I was playing GTA 5 for a few hours, and when I went to close the application, my PC blue screened with the stop code of "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT". I tried to revert to my last Windows save, which was about 2 days prior to the first blue screen, which wasn't successful, so it basically told me to restart my PC. I went to restart the PC, and it put me in a "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen, which eventually said it was unable to repair anything, and my PC shut down.
